Pokemon Masters EX’s Give and Take event is now underway along with the arrival of two new Sync Pairs

Two new Sync Pairs have arrived in Pokemon Masters EX today. The first is Professor Sycamore & Xerneas whilst the second is Lysandre & Yveltal. The former can be obtained simply by taking part in the current event, Give and Take, whilst the latter will be available through the Sync Pair Scout.

The event will run until March 23rd and will follow Professor Sycamore as he looks to investigate the sudden appearance of the Legendary Pokemon Xerneas on Pasio. By participating in various battles, players will earn tokens that can be spent on the prize box to earn items and add Professor Sycamore & Xerneas to their Sync Pair roster.

There will also be several missions to complete that will net players Gems, Medals and Sync Orbs for the legendary duo. Xerneas will be a Fairy-type Support Pokemon in the game and will have a weakness to Steel attacks.

Meanwhile, Lysandre & Yveltal can be obtained through the Sync Pair Spotlight Scout that will also be available until March 3rd. They are a Special Strike Sync Pair that possesses the Flying-type and a weakness to Fairy moves. Yveltal will have access to Oblivion Wing, which restores HP depending on the amount of damage inflicted to an opponent.

Elsewhere, the game is building up to celebrating its 1.5 year anniversary with a login event that will reward players with up to 1500 Gems. Likewise, there is a Mission Bing available that will yield various items as prizes for completing certain tasks.

Pokemon Masters Ex is available now over on the App Store and Google Play. It’s a free-to-play game with in-app purchases.
