The crossover event features an original Cursed-themed questline where you’ll be tasked with protecting series protagonist Nimue from the dreaded Red Paladins. You see, she’s somehow ended up stuck in the world of Black Desert, and she needs your help if she’s to return to her own world.
Once you’ve wrapped up the questline, you’ll be rewarded with special tokens that can then be swapped for in-game items.
It sounds like a decent time for fans of the show, and it’s interesting to see another big mobile game partner up with Netflix for crossover content. The other recent example would be Garena Free Fire’s upcoming Money Heist event
The Black Desert Mobile x Cursed crossover is currently set to run until August 24th, so you’ve got plenty of time to catch up with the show and get involved. Having neither seen the show nor read the novel that it’s based on, I might still hop in out of curiosity. I gather that the novel features plenty of original artwork from Frank Miller, which admittedly isn’t the major draw it might once have been.
If you’d like to find out more about the event, I’d suggest you make a quick trip to the game’s official site. And those yet to download Black Desert Mobile can do so now from over on the App Store and Google Play.
